Where: Pull North Yachting, 36 E Pier Rd, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa, Cape Town, South Africa
Tickets: Standard ticket price: ZAR 150
Start your morning beside the ocean with a two-hour outdoor wellness session at Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront.
Founders & Friends is partnering with Pull North Yachting for a morning of movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection—a chance to slow down, reset and meet people in a calmer setting than the usual networking room.
The session includes:
• Yoga with Kyra-Blu.
• Breathwork with Ollio.
• Meditation with Dana.
• Connection exercises with Melek.
Stay and co-work
After the session, you can stay on and work from the yacht club. A café is available on site, offering healthy food and coffee. Bring your laptop if you plan to stay.
